• Business information and questions you choose to share in the AI chat.
• Communications you send us via contact form, WhatsApp, or email

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile spam protection for the Contact form. Verification uses technical information, including the request IP address. External services loaded by the site, such as Google Fonts, receive the connection information needed to serve their resources.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Respond to your enquiries and discuss the services you request
• Send you updates, marketing communications (with your consent)
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Cloudflare for hosting, Contact form verification and enquiry storage in a D1 database. The Contact handler uses Resend for email notifications when configured.
• The configured AI provider for chat replies: Cloudflare Workers AI or an OpenAI-compatible provider. The chat sends your message and recent conversation context through our chat endpoint. The widget removes common email and phone-number patterns before sending them, but this is not complete anonymisation; please do not share passwords, payment details or sensitive information.
• Third-party platforms where we list your business (e.g., Google, JustDial) — only information necessary for the listing
• Legal authorities when required by law

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Browser Storage and AI Chat

Priya is an AI business assistant, not a human employee. The widget keeps messages and conversation details in your browser’s session storage so the chat can continue while you navigate the site. This is separate from a submitted Contact enquiry. The chat endpoint does not save a lead, send a transcript email or book an appointment; use the Contact form or the published contact channels for human follow-up.

AI replies can be inaccurate and should be confirmed with the team before you rely on them. Local fallback replies may be shown if the AI connection is unavailable. Browser storage can be restricted through your browser settings, which may prevent chat continuity. Turnstile and other external services may apply their own cookies or processing practices.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
